  I wholeheartedly recommend them! I see Dr. Katarzyna Zimmer and Dr. Aleksandra Zimmer-Stelmach. Both are incredibly empathetic, reliable, and knowledgeable. They always explain everything thoroughly and perform tests thoroughly. I'm not an easy patient due to the medications I take and my medical conditions, but I always feel cared for. The waiting room has a family atmosphere; the women ask if they can make someone a coffee or offer them water. There's no better medical center than Zimmed!

  A visit with Dr. Jakub Kozimor provided professional help. My daughter had a hair in her eye that was completely invisible but painful. The doctor examined her, found the hair under a microscope, and pulled it out in one swift movement, so my daughter felt nothing. He also performed an eye examination. The doctor has a sense of humor, is knowledgeable, and is empathetic. We recommend him 😊

  Today's visit to this facility was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in healthcare. I arrived with my 5-month-old baby at a specific time, and the delay was a staggering 1.5 hours. Waiting with an infant in such conditions is outrageous, not a "slight delay," as the receptionist tried to portray it. Instead of any information, apology, or even the slightest empathy, I was told "nothing can be done." There's a complete lack of respect for patients, a lack of organization, and a lack of accountability. The impression is that patients are treated like an obstacle here, not people who come for help. If you expect professionalism, punctuality, and a normal approach to parents with small children, this facility absolutely does not provide it. This place clearly does not meet basic standards of patient care.

  I have mixed feelings about infertility treatment. I was given the professor's contact information by recommendation. After less than two years of trying to conceive, we turned to him for help. We traveled quite a distance, so every hour of delay was a significant burden. After establishing a plan and prescribing medication, we were supposed to act, but unfortunately, the medications we were taking caused increasing pain. Despite my mentioning this at my appointments, they ignored me. Secondly, I had a Pap smear for HPV, which unfortunately came back positive. The professor wrote on a piece of paper what medication I should take (Deflagyn), and that was it. No instructions on how long or what steps to take, or whether or when a follow-up would be needed. I decided against further treatment with the professor. After several visits to another doctor, I was diagnosed with endometriosis and andrometriosis, with HPV stage C12.
