First aid was not given. They came to the clinic with a bleeding wound, hoping for help. As a result, no one helped us. The ugly woman at the reception sat with a face of complete indifference and did not even try to help, she did not inform anyone to provide first aid. She said that if we want, we can wait in line for the doctor, it is not known how long in the heat. She also said that she probably won't be able to accept us, because we are not registered in this clinic. First aid was not provided. The attitude is terribly disgusting and rude. The staff is equally attentive to the problems of patients. We do not recommend it.

Its more like the staff itself seriously needs a clinic-but mental health one! In particular the lady at front and the occulist. This not just a complain, this is a serious suggestion from a psychologist. You really need to seriously check on your mental health-hence the behaviour towards others. I know there are all kind of people coming and often very annoying, especially when you have to work long time. But arent we all doing that? Imagine if you wake up first thing in the morning and everyone behaving like you!! Gosh! Yeah, people, after all we are human, and you have the most humane profession/area even if just a receptionist or optician! So, a smile, a normal civilized behaviour, even if having to repeat twice, even if the patient makes a mistake is a must! Its such a shame really for the state of this place and unfortunately a country wide of such cases!
