  I would like to sincerely thank the nurses in the ENT department for their excellent care. From the moment I entered the ward, I felt very cared for and at ease. The nurses were incredibly kind, friendly, and empathetic. Every time I asked a question, I received a clear answer and help without the slightest problem. Their patience, professionalism, and approach to patients make me feel truly important and safe during the difficult time of hospitalization. Thanks to such people, even a short, one-day stay in the hospital becomes much easier and less stressful. Thank you so much for your care, smiles, and help ❤️🏥

  ENT Department - I had surgery to straighten my nasal septum and remove sinus polyps in January 2026. I was referred by Dr. Makarowicz, a very kind and thorough doctor, and thanks to him, I was admitted to the department three months later. Dr. Pieczykolan-Urysiak operated on me. She and Dr. Nowak-Badowska continue to care for me during consultations. The doctors, who were incredibly kind and gentle when removing nasal packing and silicone strips, guided me through the procedure quickly and painlessly, leaving me in a state of fear. The nurses and the entire department provide truly professional care and empathy during my stay. At least, that's the impression I had. When I come for a consultation, it's nice to see smiling staff greeting a former patient. So far, everything is healing well, and I'm feeling good. The only downside is the condition of the department... it needs a complete renovation. I was shocked when I compared it to other departments in the same hospital. Clearly, the hospital management is neglecting this department. It's sad that such professionals have to work in such conditions. Nevertheless, the three or four days in these conditions are bearable, primarily because of the staff. I recommend it.

  I was at this hospital for gallbladder removal surgery (January 23rd). Dr. Piotr Jaśkiewicz performed the procedure, and the entire process went smoothly. He's an incredibly warm, smiling, and empathetic doctor—you can tell he's passionate about his work. He explains everything calmly, has a great approach to patients, and provides a great sense of security. The day before, I had a consultation with Dr. Michał Czaplij, and today I had my stitches removed with him again. Everything went smoothly and without stress, in a very pleasant atmosphere. The entire ward staff was a big plus. The nurses were wonderful, helpful, and welcoming. In the operating room, despite being extremely stressed, one of the nurses held my hand and chatted with me, and I don't even remember when I fell asleep. I also felt well cared for after waking up, and I managed to get up the same day thanks to their support, feeling really comfortable. The food was okay for a post-operative diet. Overall, a very good experience and I felt like I was in really good hands.

  I gave birth at this hospital today. I'd like to sincerely thank the midwives, Ms. Monika and Ms. Paula—literally angels—and the doctor, Mr. Kwiatkowski. My delivery was natural, without any unnecessary incisions. Everything was discussed beforehand. I felt cared for in every way before, during, and afterward. The ward was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were warm and helpful. If you want to give birth in peace, I wholeheartedly recommend them.
