  I'd been trying to call the clinic since 7:00 a.m. to make an appointment with a family doctor. The first time, I was fourth in line and waited for several minutes. Then, just as it was my turn, I could clearly hear the phone being picked up and then immediately hung up, and the call was disconnected. The next time I called, I was 17th in line – after another long wait, the same thing happened again, and the call was disconnected in the same way. Only the third time, after a total of about 30 minutes of waiting, did I manage to get through. I have a reasonable suspicion that my call wasn't the only one terminated this way. This treatment of patients is unacceptable.

  The receptionist's approach to pregnant women is absolutely abysmal. I've been at this clinic for four months, and every month I have trouble getting a gynecologist appointment. Appointments are always unavailable, even though, according to the National Health Fund (NFZ), as a pregnant woman, I'm entitled to priority medical care. The only thing I'm happy with is my gynecologist, Dr. Mateusz Koczmarek, whom I highly recommend. Only two stars for a good doctor.

  The receptionist on duty today (1:15 PM, October 30, 2025) wasn't very helpful. My Polish is very poor, and she didn't try to understand me. I handed her a report from my cardiologist, along with my Polish ID, and asked her to scan the document—a very simple task, I thought. But all I got was a response I didn't understand. In the end, I had to walk away; other Polish members of my family had the same problem with this same receptionist. Regarding the GP I attend, I find her very professional, the star rating I have given is only for this receptionist! GOOGLE TRANSLATION - The receptionist on duty today (1:15 PM, October 30, 2025) wasn't very helpful. My Polish is very poor, and the receptionist didn't try to understand me. I gave her the cardiologist's report along with my Polish ID and asked her to scan the document. It seemed very simple, BUT I only received an incomprehensible response. In the end, I had to leave. Other Polish family members had the same problem with the same receptionist. As for the family doctor I see, I found her very professional. My star rating is solely for this receptionist!

  One setback: I took my mother to a neurologist appointment, where she waited two months! The doctor was two hours late! She rushed in without even apologizing or saying good evening. There are about 14 patients. I'm asking when she'll find the time and energy to listen to them. Privately, for 300 PLN, everything works perfectly. Happy people with healthy parents! Or with a good pension, they can go private!

  I highly recommend Dr. Dagmara Witkowska, who works here. She's a very rude, pretentious doctor. I brought lab results, which she criticized and refused to even see. I also received a lot of criticism for wearing makeup to the doctor! (Which wouldn't be a problem at any other office.) I recommend avoiding her completely.
