Hello. I highly recommend the Zuza clinic. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is completely professional. Regarding the waiting lists, I can't say anything bad about it – even when the appointment was slightly delayed, my dad and I had a great time. We waited for an appointment with Dr. Czyczerska or Dr. Czyczerski, to whom I am eternally grateful for their help in my dad's treatment. I especially appreciate the doctors' approach when my dad was in a critical condition. Their response was immediate, and the care was very thorough. In crisis situations, we could count on their full support and empathy, which is invaluable to us. I also rate the telephone contact and appointment scheduling as exemplary. I always manage to get through without any problems, even first thing in the morning, and if the line is busy, the receptionists always call back. The receptionists are extremely helpful – they try to schedule a patient with a doctor of their choice, even on the same day, and when that's not possible, they always find another appointment or specialist when we need urgent help. The best clinic ever. The receptionists are incredibly kind and dedicated to helping patients. It's easy to get through and register with a doctor. They call back if they can't answer the phone. The doctors are very kind and competent, especially Dr. Sporych, who is incredibly kind and empathetic. The pediatrician is very thorough and has a great approach to children. I've been a member of this clinic for several years. This is exactly the standard of patient care in clinics in our city. I highly recommend it!

My son had a gastroscopy performed under general anesthesia by Dr. Wójcik at the Zuza clinic in Strzegom. The procedure went smoothly and without any stress. The doctor is very professional and empathetic, explaining everything thoroughly. The nurse was extremely kind, caring, and attentive, which gave us a great sense of security. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I'd like to thank Dr. Paweł Michalec for his excellent approach, professionalism, and comprehensive, comprehensive assistance in resolving my problem. He went far beyond the confines of the NZOZ (National Public Health Care Center) and the standard appointment times, which demonstrates that—in addition to being an excellent specialist—you are also an empathetic, kind person who will not leave anyone without help. I recommend NZOZ to everyone, the friendly ladies at the reception desk, and—above all—the doctor.
